The Dunes is the only flat land on the coast that we sell on. A single row of houses backs onto a protected dune, and beyond it is open sand for about a mile.
The height rule keeps every house low and horizontal. What you lose in views from the ground floor you get back from the roof, and most houses here are built to use it.
The beach is the draw. It is wide, north-facing and never crowded, and the boardwalks that cross the dune are private to each house.

- Cypress RidgeThe high shelf above the bay. Long west views, deep lots, and the quietest road on the coast.
- The TerracesOld farm terraces turned residential, with the dry-stone walls left standing.
- Old TownNarrow medieval lots above the village, where privacy is built rather than bought.
- Harbor PointWaterfront and near-waterfront lots with dock rights, on the sheltered side of the point.
- Marina DistrictThe walkable quarter along the quay. Apartments and townhouses, restaurants at the door, boats out front.
