Ridgeline
Overview
Ridgeline is under construction now, on a plot two doors from Casa Solana. It completes in the fall.
The design splits the house in two. A stone base set into the slope holds the bedrooms, the cars and the services. A glass pavilion sits on top of it, one large room for living, cooking and eating, its roof carried on four steel columns and nothing else.
We are showing the site and the drawings now. A buyer who commits before completion can still choose the stone, the joinery and the kitchen.

- One room on top of the house: 12-foot ceiling, glass on all four sides, roof held on four steel columns. Living, cooking and eating happen here.
- The stone base
- Set into the slope below: five bedrooms, the services, and a two-car gallery with a turntable so you never reverse on the drive.
- Still to choose
- Commit before completion and the stone, the joinery and the kitchen are still open. Handover is scheduled for the fall.
