The Lumen House
Overview
The Lumen House sits on the tip of the point with water on three sides. It is built as two wings around a sheltered court, so there is always a windward and a leeward side whatever the weather does.
The lower terrace runs straight to a private dock and a restored stone boathouse, now fitted as a summer pavilion with a kitchen and changing rooms.
