The Terraces

Olive Mill House

Guide range$1.6M – $1.9MSold
Olive Mill House

Overview

Until the 1950s this building pressed oil for the whole hillside. The wheel and the press are still in the lower room, kept as they were.

The 2017 restoration added a kitchen, four bedrooms and a pool without touching the shell. The walls are three feet thick, so the house holds its temperature through the summer with no mechanical cooling.

We introduced the buyer privately in early 2024. It sold in three weeks at the guide. We keep it here because it is exactly the kind of house that earns a place on the list.
