Dune House
Overview
The Dunes is the only flat ground we sell on. The rule here is that nothing stands taller than the dune, so Dune House is long and low, one room deep, with a flat planted roof you can walk on.
Every room opens to a deck on the ocean side and a courtyard on the other, so there is always shelter from the wind. The dune sits between the house and the water, which keeps the salt off the glass and the house out of view from the beach.
A private boardwalk crosses the grass to a stretch of sand that belongs to the house.
