The Boathouse
Overview
This was the boathouse for a larger estate that was broken up in the 1990s. It kept the best part of the land: a short private frontage with water deep enough to leave a boat in year round.
The 2016 renovation left the footprint alone and rebuilt everything inside it. One open room faces the water, two bedrooms sit behind it, and a third is over the garage.
It is the least expensive house we handle and the one we are asked about most. If you want to be on the water without a staff to run it, this is the one.
